Merchandise Vendors:

All merchandise sold will be a reflection on the Baltimore Music Conference, therefore we reserve the right to ban certain items from sale.
Food & Beverage (non-alcoholic):

• An 10x20 space and listing in the event program... $850.00 (After September 1st.... $900.00)
• Due to limitations of the area, no electricity or phone lines are included in price, however generators are allowed.
• Vendor will provide for removal of vendor’s trash at the end of each night.

• A 10x20 space and listing in the event program... $175.00
• Company logo or listing on the BMC website w/ hotlink to your company’s website
• Listing on BMC promotional materials (Company is responsible for getting this to us for inclusion)
• Selling of merchandise is allowed in these spaces

"Neighborhood Row" :
• There is no charge for Community Organization and Neighborhood booths however, if selling merchandise the
above vendor booth fees will apply. Please contact us.
The above prices do not include tables, chairs, or display items of any type except where specified, i.e.. staging. All
vendor and promotional spaces must be paid in full prior to set up. No checks will be accepted after September 10,
2006. Cardholding members of the BMC are entitled to a 20% discount on the above prices.
